Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at wommasterclasses@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptional Circumstances

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• You were charged twice for the same order
• The product files are corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement
